Manufacturer - Specificity	This antibody recognises both the 2.5S and 7S forms of mouse nerve growth factor beta, a secreted peptide involved in the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems.In a standard bioassay, this antibody neutralises the activity of 3.0 ng/ml NGF 2.5S when used at a concentration of around 0.5 µg/ml.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. For functional studies do not add sodium azide
