Long Description	The CF-10H5 recognizes cell surface glycoprotein antigen having molecular weight 190kDa to 215kDa known as CD45. The CD45 antigen is present on all human leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, eosinophils, and basophils in peripheral blood. The antigen plays important role in signal transduction and modifying signals from other surface molecules.
