Purification method	This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background	Alemtuzumab biosimilar is a recombinant DNA-derived humanized monoclonal antibody (Campath-1H) directed against the 21-28 kD cell surface glycoprotein, CD52, is an IgG1 kappa antibody with human variable framework and constant regions, and complementarity-determining regions from a murine (rat) monoclonal antibody. The alemtuzumab biosimilar has an approximate molecular weight of 150 kD and is produced in mammalian cell (Chinese hamster ovary) suspension culture in a medium.
Concentration	1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml
Formulation	Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.
Endotoxin	≤ 0.5 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
Storage	Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
