Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 1 (CCL1) is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells that belongs to a family inflammatory cytokines known as chemokines.1 CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CCR8.2 CCL1 may play a role in lymphocyte recruitment in bronchial asthma.3

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Neutralization: This antibody is useful for neutralization of Human CCL1 bioactivity. The antibody dose required to neutralize 50% (ND₅₀) of the biological activity of Human CCL1 (at 0.02 ng/ml) is 0.4 - 2.0 µg/ml.
