Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1), also known as CD121a (Cluster of Differentiation 121a, is a master regulator of inflammation and innate immunity. When triggered by IL-1beta, IL-1RI aggregates with IL-1R-associated protein (IL-1RAcP) and forms a membrane proximal signalosome that potently activates downstream signaling cascades.1 IL1R1 is expressed predominantly by T cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells.

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Neutralization: This antibody is useful for neutralization of Human IL-1 sRI bioactivity. The antibody has been tested for its ability to block cell surface human IL-1 receptor type I mediated IL-1 bioactivity on A375s2 cells. The antibody dose required to neutralize 50% (ND₅₀) of the biological activity of Human IL-1 sRI (at 0.25 ng/ml) is 0.5-2 µg/ml. CyTOF-ready: Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods. No BSA or other carrier proteins that could interfere with conjugation.
