Interleukin 10 receptor, beta subunit (IL10RB) is a subunit for the interleukin-10 receptor which has recently been designated CDW210B (cluster of differentiation W210B). The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the cytokine receptor family. It is an accessory chain essential for the active interleukin 10 receptor complex. Coexpression of this and IL10RA proteins has been shown to be required for IL10-induced signal transduction.

Neutralization: This antibody is useful for neutralization of Human IL-10 Rβ bioactivity. The antibody dose required to neutralize 50% (ND₅₀) of the biological activity of Human IL-10 Rβ (at 0.25 ng/ml) is 0.5 - 2 µg/ml.

Mouse Anti-Human Interleukin 10 Receptor Beta (IL-10 Rβ) (Clone 90220) recognizes an epitope on Human IL-10 Rβ. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This monoclonal antibody has been 0.2 µm filtered and lyophilized from modified Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline (1X PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.3 containing 5.0% w/v trehalose with no calcium, magnesium or preservatives present.
