Product Description	West Nile Virus (WNV) is a mosquito-borne, enveloped, positive-stranded RNA flavivirus1. Flavivirus nonstructural protein NS1 has been proposed as an antibody target to avoid antibody-dependent enhancement2. NS1 is a 46-55 kDa glycoprotein that is expressed as a dimer on the cell surface and as a soluble hexamer in the extracellular space and in circulation during infection. WNV NS1 dimer consists of a ß-roll, wing, and ß-ladder.

Formulation	This recombinant monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added. Due to inherent biochemical properties of antibodies, certain products may be prone to precipitation over time. Precipitation may be removed by aseptic centrifugation and/or filtration.
