Target	Function: Plays a role in intracellular protein trafficking and degradation. May regulate CFTR chloride currents and acid-induced ACCN3 currents by modulating cell surface expression of both channels. May also regulate the intracellular trafficking of the ADR1B receptor. May play a role in autophagy. Overexpression results in CFTR intracellular retention and degradation in the lysosomes. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Applications info	IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:2000. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage	Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
