Immunogen |
The immunogen for this antibody is: C-HQSRLRPSDPEAK |
Applications |
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 76.8kDa according to NP_003491.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? |
Specificity |
Please note this antibody was designed using the mouse sequence, which differs by 1 amino acids from the human sequence. |
Positive Control 1 |
Cat. No. 1304 - Human Liver Tissue Lysate |
Purification |
