Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
WB: Approx 120kDa band detected in HFF cell lysates. Data kindly provided by Laura Papp and Kum Kum Khanna. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Papp et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Jul; 26 (13) :4895-910; PMID: 16782878). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. This antibody has been successfully used in WB on Mouse: Raman AV et al. (2013) PMID: 24392277. This antibody has been successfully used in WB on Human: Papp LV et al. (2008) PMID: 19004874.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows granular cytoplasm staining in Leydig cells. Recommended concentration, 3µg/ml.
