An additional band of 25 kDa was consistently observed, however this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal. IF: Expression of the protein seen in the Nucleus and Golgi apparatus of U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10 ug/ml.
