Western Blot: Approx 48kDa band observed in Human Liver, Lung and HeLa lysates, while approx. 45kDa observed in lyates of cell lines A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 45.1kDa according to NP_000593.1).The observed molecular weights correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Enzyme Immunoassay: Sandwich-type ELISA with increasing amount of recombinant PAI1 captured by a rabbit antibody. Recommended reporter antibody concentration: 1.5-3 ug/ml.
