Manufacturer - Application Additional Information	Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kDa band in lysates of cell lines HeLa and Kelly after 2ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 146kDa according to NP_006693.3. The 75kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
