Description of target	Sodium acetate is the conjugate base of a weak acid. Solution of sodium acetate and acetic acid can act as a buffer to keep a relatively constant pH. This is useful especially in biochemical applications where reactions are pH dependent.
Purification	This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers.
