Description of target	SPI1 is known to collaborate with multiple transcription factors and to regulate expression of immunoglobulin genes. Lack of SPI1 expression is associated with defective immunoglobulin transcription in Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin disease
