Reconstitution and storage	Reconstitution: With ice cold 0.5 M acetic acid, pH 2.5. The dissolved collagen retains immunogenic properties. Thermal denaturation converts the collagen to gelatin. Storage: Store at -20 C only. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein.
