Reconstitution and storage	Lyophilized FZD1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution FZD1 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Biological activity	The KD (equilibrium binding constant) of FZD1 Human was measured at less than 10nM with human Wnt3a as the ligand. The measurements were performed by the ForteBio Octet optical biosensor instrument.
Formulation	The protein was lyophilized without any additives.
