Description of target	RRM2 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 409 amino acids. RRM2 catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. Synthesis RRM2 is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent method. RRM2 supplies the precursors essential for DNA synthesis. RRM2 catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. RRM2 Inhibits Wnt signaling.
Purification	Purified by properietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity	Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
