Description	This anti-opiate neuropeptide has been implicated in pain modulation as well as in opioid tolerance and may play a critical role in this process. For the neuropeptide Y-like human orphan G protein-coupled receptor HLWAR77 this peptide exhibited an EC5o value of 0.39 nM. Furthermore, it has been shown to modulate a variety of physiological processes such as food intake, insulin release, blood pressure regulation and electrolyte balance.
