Description	(Pen5)-Urotensin II (4-11) (human) (P5U) is the most potent urotensin-II receptor agonist reported to date. It has been shown to exhibit a 3-fold higher affinity for the receptor (measured in competition experiments) than urotensin-II (human) (H-4768). P5U might represent a useful tool for the study of the human urotensin-II/orphan G-protein-coupled receptor GPR14 system.
