The protein was lyophilized from a 1mg/ml solution containing 10 mM sodium phosphate, pH-7.5, 2mM DTT, 6M urea, 10 mM methylammonium chloride and 1mM EDTA.
Purification
Greater than 98.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized NEFM in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O.
