Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antibody is best stored desiccated below 0C. Reconstituted anti-VEGFR-2/KDR is stable at 4C for >one month or can be stored in working aliquots at 20C for more than six months.
Description	Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using recombinant human soluble extracellular KDR (110 kDa) as the immunizing antigen. Mouse IgG1 antibody (clone 3) from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography and then biotinylated using a standard protocol.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered 0.1 M Tris-C1, 0.2 M NacI, 0.02% NaN3 buffer solution (pH.4), containing 50 ug BSA per 1 ug antibody.
Immunogen	Recombinant human soluble KDR protein.
Purification	Biospecific affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution	The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50 ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at -20C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle .
