Description	Rabbit Anti-Human WNT2 Affinity Purified polyclonal antibody. Wnt gene family members, including WNT1 through WNT10, play a key role in regulating cellular growth and differentiation. WNT1 functions as a key regulator of cellular adhesion. WNT3 is also involved in tumorigenesis and WNT2 and WNT4 may be associated with abnormal proliferation in human breast tissue. WNT1, WNT3 and WNT10b have been implicated along with FGF3 in the development of mouse mammary tumor virus induced mouse mammary carcinomas.
Formulation	Liquid in PBS + 30% glycerol + 0.5% BSA + 0.01% thimerosal. Precaution: Thimerosal is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 45 of human WNT2
