Description	Rabbit Anti-Human WNT4 Affinity Purified polyclonal antibody. Wnt gene family members, including WNT1 through WNT10, play a key role in regulating cellular growth and differentiation. WNT1 is, a cysteine-rich, secreted glycoprotein that associates with cell membranes and likely functions as a key regulator of cellular adhesion. WNT3 is also involved in tumorigenesis and WNT2 and WNT4 may be associated with abnormal proliferation in human breast tissue.
Formulation	Liquid in PBS + 30% glycerol + 0.5% BSA + 0.01% thimerosal. Precaution: Thimerosal is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
