Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. Further dilutions should be made in PBS containing 2 mg/ml albumin.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized protein is stable for 2 years at -20C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 month at 2-4C or for 3 months in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20C. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
