Description	Recombinant Human MIG (monokine induced by gamma-interferon ) produced in, E. coli, is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 103 amino acids.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution in 20 mM PB, pH 7.4 + 50 mM NaCl.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
Biological Activity	Determined by the dose dependent chemotaxis with human peripferal blood T lymphocytes. ED50 range = 10.0-100.0 ng/mL
Endotoxin Level	<0.1 ng per ug (1 EU/ug).
