Subculture:

When 80% confluent using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, subculture at 1:3 to 1:6; seed at 3x10^4 cells/cm2, feed cells 2 to 3 times weekly. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.

Freezing Medium:

Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
