Subculture:
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10^5 cells/mL and maintain between 1 X 10^5 and 1 X 10^6 cells/mL. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C. Change medium every 2-3 days.

Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 7.5% (v/v) DMSO
