Subculture:

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C. Feed cells once every 2 to 3 days.

Freezing Medium:

Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
