Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use inits particular application. Other applications have not been tested but usein such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Storage Conditions	The lyophilized product, thoughstable for 3 weeks at room temperature, is best stored at –20°C. Afterreconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at 2-8oC. Long term, add 0.1%HSA or BSA, aliquot and store at –20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Antigen Description	Interleukin-4, abbreviated IL-4, is a cytokine that induces differentiation of naive helperT cells (Th0 cells) to Th2 cells. Upon activation by IL-4, Th2 cellssubsequently produce additional IL-4. The cell that initially produces IL-4, thus inducing Th0 differentiation, has not been identified, but recentstudies suggest that basophils may be the effector cell. It is closelyrelated and has functions similar to Interleukin 13.
