Manufacturer - Applications
The ED50as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation ofmurine M-NFS-60 cells is< 0.05ng/ml, corresponding to a specificactivity of> 2x107 units/mg. Murine G-CSF is fullybiologically active when compared to standards. Each laboratory shoulddetermine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Storage Conditions
Thelyophilized product is stable for a few weeks at room temperature but is beststored at –20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at –20°C.
Full name
Colony Stimulating Factor 3 (Granulocyte)
Product Overview
Csf3 is apotent stimulator of bone marrow cells, especially those of neutrophillineage. Murine Csf3 which was expressed in E. coli is a 19.0 kDa proteincontaining 179 amino acid residues.

Antigen Description
Granulocytecolony-stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF) is a colony-stimulating factorhormone. G-CSF is also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3). It is aglycoprotein, growth factor and cytokine produced by a number of differenttissues to stimulate the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells.G-CSF then stimulates the bone marrow to release them into the blood. G-CSFalso stimulates the survival, proliferation, differentiation, and function ofneutrophil precursors and mature neutrophils. G-CSF regulates them usingJanus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT)and Ras /mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt) signal transduction pathway.
