NX-2127 efficiently engages the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to simultaneously bind both BTK and the CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, inducing polyubiquitination and proteasome-dependent degradation of BTK, IKZF1, and IKZF3.
