The Product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to 1 month at 2-8C. For long term storage, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20C to -70C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

IL-10 (Interleukin-10), also called cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor (CSIF), is an anti-inflammatory cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. It has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. IL-10 can enhance B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. IL-10 stimulates the growth of thymocytes and mast cells, and enhances the development of cytotoxic T cell. It suppress the expression of TH1 cytokines, class II MHC, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. The functional receptor complex of IL-10 consists of IL-10 R1 and IL-10 R2. Binding to the receptor complex, IL-10 activated JAK1, TYK2, and STAT3.
