Reconstitution
It is recommended that the lyophilized rHuGLP-1 be reconstituted in sterile 18 MΩ, -cm H2O of not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

The protein (1 mg/ml) is lyophilized after extensive dialyses against 0.1 mg sodium phosphate monobasic and 1.6 mg sodium phosphate dibasic.
