AUTAC2 is a FKBP12-targeting autophagy-mediated degrader (AUTAC). AUTAC2 contains an FBnG (p-Fluorobenzyl Guanine) and an SLF (c ligand of FKBP) moiety. SLF binds non-covalently to FKBP12[1].
