Storage Conditions	This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Application Notes	Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
Background	Tusamitamab ravtansine is a novel antibody-drug conjugate that selectively targets CEACAM5, a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed in several tumor types. Tusamitamab ravtansine showed promising antitumor activity in patients (pts) with heavily pretreated NSQ NSCLC and high CEACAM5 expression.
