Description	Neotetrazolium chloride is primarily utilized in histochemistry for detecting dehydrogenase activity. Additionally, its reduction capability can differentiate malignant from non-malignant cells. In tumor sensitivity tests of chemotherapeutic compounds, Neotetrazolium chloride is also employed to estimate succinate dehydrogenase activity using colorimetric methods.
