Description	Taspine shows antitumor activity by modulating the EGFR signaling pathway of Erk1/2 and Akt in vitro and in vivo, it can inhibit growth and induce apoptosis of HUVEC in a dose-dependent manner, it has shown meaningful angiogenesis activity. Taspine exhibits a dose-related cicatrizant effect and an ED50 of 0.375 mg/kg.
