The ester linkages are introduced to improve tissue clearance. The propanolamine head can effectively enhance mRNA encapsulation. The primary ester at C8 position contains 9 carbons lipid tail. The ionizable lipid can be used for mRNA delivery due to its excellent physiochemical properties. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
