Product Description	O-1602 is an agonist of GPR55 (G protein-coupled receptor 55). O-1602 reduces the number and activation of hippocampal microglia induced by METH (methamphetamine). O-1602 decreases the expression levels of NLRP3 inflammasome proteins, including NLRP3, ASC and Caspase-1[1].
