Bioactivity	GGsTop is a non-toxic and irreversible inhibitor of Î³ glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) (Ki: 170 Î¼M for Human GGT). GGsTop protects hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in the rat model. GGsTop shows Kons of 150Â±10 and 51Â±3 /(MÂ·s) against E.coli GGT and human GGT, respectively.
