Description	JMI-346 can be used as an anti-malarial agent that inhibits the P. falciparum strains CQS (3D7) and CQR (RKL-9) growth with IC50 values of 13 μM and 33 μM. JMI-346 is a potent inhibitor of Plasmodium falciparum falcipain-2 protease (PfFP-2) [1].
