This product is used to determine ApoE content in human serum.

The APOE in human serum meets the specific antibody (goat anti-human APOE antibody) in the liquid buffer, immediately forming antigen-antibody complex, and produce turbidity is proportional to the APOE concentration in the linear range. APOE concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.

This assay kit is suitable for automatic or semi-automatic biochemical analyzer with 340nm and 700nm wavelength.

Serum sample. Samples testing should be completed at the same day after collected. Otherwise, the samples should be cryopreserved and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. ApoE in the samples remain stable for 7 days at 2-8C or for 3 months at -20C.
This kit comes with a calibrator.
