Description	AceSeq Stool DNA Kit offers a rapid and easy-to-use method for the isolation of pg grade DNA from less than 0.2g stool samples. This kit is based on spin column chromatography as the separation matrix. The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more.
