AceSeq Cell DNA Kit

AceSeq Cell DNA Kit offers a rapid and easy-to-use method for isolation of high-molecular-weight DNA from cultured cells. Cell Culture DNA Kits provide gravity-flow, anion-exchange tips and buffers for the efficient purification of genomic DNA from a wide range of biological samples. The purified DNA is sized up to 150 kb with an average size of 50–100 kb. The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more.
