Avadomide modulates cereblon E3 ligase activity, inhibits NF-κB pathway, arrests the cell cycle at G1 phase, and thus induces apoptosis in cancer cell PDAC. Avadomide exhibits potent antitumor and immunomodulatory activities[1][2][3].
