Biological Activity	MRS 1754 is a selective antagonist radioligand for A_2B adenosine receptor with very low affinity for A₁ and A₃ receptors of both humans and rats^[1]. IC50 & Target: A_2B Adenosine Receptor^[1] In Vitro: The most potent displacer of [³H]MRS 1754 binding is MRS 1754. The K_i value for displacement of [³H]MRS 1754 binding to human A_2B receptors expressed in HEK-293 cell membranes is 1.45+/-0.21 nM^[1].
