Biological Activity	JNJ 303 is a potent I_Ks blocker with an IC₅₀ value of 64 nM. JNJ 303 does not have any effects on other cardiac channels at concentrations of 3.3 uM for I_Na, I_ca, I_to, and I_Kr. JNJ 303 induces QT-prolongations and causes unprovoked torsades de pointes (TdP)^[1]. IC50 & Target: IC50: 64 nM (I_Ks)^[1]
