Biological Activity	RN-1747 is a selective transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 4 (TRPV4) agonist, with EC₅₀ values are 0.77 uM, 4.0 uM and 4.1 uM for hTRPV4, mTRPV4 and rTRPV4 respectively. RN-1747 also antagonizes TRPM8, with an IC₅₀ of 4 uM^[1]. IC50 & Target: EC50: 0.77 uM (hTRPV4), 4.0 uM (mTRPV4), 4.1 uM (rTRPV4) ^[1].
