Biological Activity	TCPOBOP is a constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) agonist that induces robust hepatocyte proliferation and hepatomegaly without any liver injury or tissue loss. TCPOBOP attenuates Fas-induced murine liver injury by altering Bcl-2 proteins. IC50 & Target: CAR; Bcl-2 In Vivo: TCPOBOP (oral; 3 mg/kg; 1-5 days) remarkable increases Liver weight to body weight in LW/BW ratio at 48 hours.
